About the Course

This is a dedicated 4 week leg day course, set at level 1, which means it is ideal for beginner to intermdiate ability levels. This leg day course contains workouts that you can take with you to any gym, that provides you with one to one coaching in your ear throughout each session and will revolutionise your gym visits.

Level 1 is a foundation based course that enables you to establish a solid leg day workout, with each week having progressive challenges that designed to build you from the ground up.


This course can be added to a workout routine you already have, or you could use it as a conditioning workout after you have completed a class, or you can use it on it's own as a way implementing a bite seized structured routine.


The exercises contained in this course are;

Leg Press


This will be the starting exercise for your each session, where you will complete a warm up, then move on to your workout section. Using the audio coach you will be instructed through various paces that will fully engage your legs more effectively than simply training on your own.

Leg Extension


Next you will move onto the Leg extension, where you will isolate the quadriceps. Training the quadriceps is essential for good leg development, and help produce strength, condition and contour to the legs. This is a great routine that each week will push you a little bit further.

Leg Curl


Moving onto the Hamstring Curl, you have an audio coach workout that will really bring this machine to life and your hamstrings will be grateful. Hamstring strength and condition is essential for so much and weak hamstrings tend to be a common factor among most people, as most job types involve sitting for periods of time. This audio coach workout will help you balance some progressive work, that ensures that you don't overload the area, while at the same time prodcing and effective routine.

Reverse Lunges

Reverse lunges are an absolute king of exersices. The reverse lunge technique is so much more effective at hitting the glutes, as well as being safer on the joints and providing great stability through the movement. The audio coach workout with this takes you from a basic set up, to a progressive and more intensive routine, that will really fire up the glutes and help fully develop a leg and hip stability foundation.
