Level 1 is a foundation based course that looks at establishing a solid leg day routine from the ground up. The workout can be added to a routine you already have, an add on visit to the gym after a workout class, or you can use its own as a bite sized approach to implementing a structured workout routine. The exercises you will go through with this routine are; •Leg Press •Leg Extension •Leg Curl •Reverse Lunges •Body Weight Squats Utilising the Muscle Fit Audio Coach, you will begin by establishing your training weights, get familiar with the workout hub and begin to look at the techniques required and how it all works. You will then conduct weekly sessions which involves weekly challenges, targets to meet and a chance to make improvements in your performance. Over the next 4 weeks you can expect to; •Develop & improve Function strength •Improve Muscular performance •Establish a progressive structured approach to training •Help develop consistency •Improve visible tone and condition •Have audio coach support with you during every session.
