Pressure rounds turn up the heat and work you with short burst of intensity and short recoveries.
This routine will have you firing fast with a fixed barrage of combinations, developing you punch speed, fitness and ability to recover.

Punch Fitness looks at developing punch performance, strength and endurance.This beginner workout drill focuses on the jab and the rear straight.

Combo progressions is all about developing muscle memory through repetition.This Combo Progressions round gets you working some real amateur basics.
Starting with a 1_1-2, you build up adding a slip, then adding a sharp rear straight to finish.

This Single Shot Workout focuses on the basic 4 punches, which are a Jab, Rear Straight, Lead Hook and Rear Hook.
The aim is to develop you reaction speed, punch connection and all around perfect your single strike shots whilst on the move. It's a simple but very effective drill and a great way of preparing for more intense workouts if you are doing more than one routine.
