Basics are the backbone of every beginning and establishing, then fine tuning solid BASICS is an essential part of development for all abilities.

The level 1 BASICS workouts are designed to build you up stage by stage. This is in fitness, punch vocabulary, footwork and in your continual progress in implementing and applying a step by step training structure.

Level 2 BASICS is the follow on progression from Boxing Fitness level 1. Here you have an increase in punch punch output, a step up in punch combinations and an increase in short burst exercises. So if you are feeling ready to take on level 2, begin working your way through each workout.
