HOW TO DEVELOP BETTER BICEPS

Lifting more weight does NOT necessarily mean bigger or better biceps. Here we look at how technique changes everything.
How to perform the basic 'Alternate Dumbbell Curl' to maximise your bicep workouts, emphasising 2 slight variations of the same technique to achieve different goals. Most people are beginning to understand that it is not about what you lift but how you lift it, but for me I often see this very basic exercise wasted with lack of attention to detail and more to the point guy's utilising this curl in a way that will not achieve their training objective. That being the case, I have put this video together to help provide a few pointers on maximising the Alternate Dumbbell Curl for either hypertrophy goals or strength goals. This way, when you know what technique you need to emphasise and why, you can use that and achieve better results.
