4 WEEK STRENGTH BOOST: TRAINING PACK 2

With this training pack you have 2 One to One training Sessions that you can use either online or by attending the musclefitgym.com studio.

You can use these training sessions for any of the following:

  • Training a specific body part full workout

  • Overall Technique for selected exercises

All One to One Sessions will also go through a basic check on how you are progressing and help monitor your progress with the course.


Working on your online program you have 3 workout sections.

You have a main strength based workout that can be used in any commercial gym as well as a section for incorporating targeted bodyweight workouts and a section for developing your core strength. The body weight and core strength routines can be conducted at home 


This course requires you to be train 5 days per week over the next 4 weeks.

  • Day 01 | Workout 2: - Chest Online Workout

  • Day 01 | Workout 3: - 10 Minute Bodyweight Workout


  • Day 02 | Workout 1: 10 Minute Core Strength Online Workout 2

  • Day 02 | Workout 2: Back Online Workout

  • Day 02 | Workout 3: 10 Minute Bodyweight Workout


  • Day 03 | Workout 1: 20 Minute Body Weight Workout 


  • Day 04 | Workout 1: 10 Minute Core Strength Workout Online 3

  • Day 04 | Workout 2: Shoulders & Legs Online Workout

  • Day 04 | Workout 3: 10 Minute Body Weight Workout


  • Day 05 | Workout 1: 10 minute Core Strength Online Workout 4

  • Day 05 | Workout 2: Biceps & Triceps Online Workout

  • Day 05 | Workout 3: 08 Minute Body Weight Workout

Your Nutrition is based all around strength & performance. Our aim is to increase muscle mass over this very short period of time, which means our calories are going to be elevated, and your protein intake increased. 

Selecting from your bodyweight range you will have access to your nutrition structure where you will be able to select from a list of food choices that will provide you with the serving amounts you will need.
