With this training pack you have 4 One to One training Sessions that you can use either online or by attending the musclefitgym.com studio.
You can use these training sessions for any of the following:
Training a specific body part full workout
Overall Technique for selected exercises
With this training pack, each of your One to One training will be dedicated to a specific muscle group. This means that the training day that you book for your one to one training session will not need to be repeated online as you will have conducted this with your trainer.
All One to One Sessions will also go through a basic check on how you are progressing and help monitor your progress with the course.
Working on your online program you have 3 workout sections.
You have a main strength based workout that can be used in any commercial gym as well as a section for incorporating targeted bodyweight workouts and a section for developing your core strength. The body weight and core strength routines can be conducted at home
This course requires you to be train 5 days per week over the next 4 weeks.

Your Nutrition is based all around strength & performance. Our aim is to increase muscle mass over this very short period of time, which means our calories are going to be elevated, and your protein intake increased.
Selecting from your bodyweight range you will have access to your nutrition structure where you will be able to select from a list of food choices that will provide you with the serving amounts you will need.
