Emphasising work on the upper back, this is a challenge that uses the Lat Pulldown Machine as the central muscle group focus while incorporating a continuous bodyweight, cardio and core challenge.

Suitable for Beginner to Advanced, this back to back workout provides you with workout targets to help you progress through the levels.

  • Lat Pulldowns (Front of Neck)

  • Stride Jumps

  • Shoulder Taps

  • Alternate Leg Squat Thrusts

  • Body Weight Squats
