NUTRITION GUIDELINES

Your nutrition is a low GI, personalised macro plan, that can be modified at various stages as your body begins to make progress towards your goals.


Here are you initial guidelines regarding your foods.


  • Foods that show over 10g of fat are not to be included.

  • Avoid bread

  • Avoid any food that has over 4g of sugar

  • Green vegetables only on this first stage of your plan.

  • Use the sugar free and salt free dry spices that have been sent to you.

  • Small amounts of reduced fat mayonnaise can be used.

  • Minimum of 1.5 litres of water per day
