NUTRITION GUIDELINES
Your nutrition is a low GI, personalised macro plan, that can be modified at various stages as your body begins to make progress towards your goals.
Here are you initial guidelines regarding your foods.
Foods that show over 10g of fat are not to be included.
Avoid bread
Avoid any food that has over 4g of sugar
Green vegetables only on this first stage of your plan.
Use the sugar free and salt free dry spices that have been sent to you.
Small amounts of reduced fat mayonnaise can be used.
Minimum of 1.5 litres of water per day
