Three 60 Minute Boxing Fitness Basic Training Sessions
No matter what your previous experience, everyone has to go through Basic Training. This is your starting point and introduction to Boxing Fitness.
Basic training is designed help us get to get to know you and for you to be able to experience Boxing Fitness before committing to any of our training packages or Bootcamps.
Session 1
On completing your PARQ along with your Focus & Goals application, your first session will take you through the Stage 1, Boxing Fitness Physical Fitness Assessment. Here you will go through a series of tests that will help better understand your starting ability and determine your starting points for any courses you undertake.
Session 2
Session 2 is a very active session, fast paced and will have you set on going through Boxing Fitness basics. This will work with you based on what ever experience of Boxing or combat type fitness workouts you have done before. If you are a complete beginner, you will start from scratch, if you have previous experience, of any sort you will be level assessed to evaluate your ability and this will help select the the levels of workouts you interact with during your sessions.
Part 2 of this session will put your brain and reflexes to the test by teaching you level 1 Boxing Fitness punch system. for the more advanced you will be taught the Boxing Fitness punch system according to your ability.
Session 3
Your final session of Level 1 Basic Training and here you will go through your first level based Boxing Fitness Challenge Workout. Treated as an overall assessment of fitness, skill, agility and ability to function through rounds. You will be graded on your performance at the end of the session and then have an opportunity to discuss and choose a Boxing Fitness Training Pathway.
For us, the aim is to understand your fitness levels, current skill and ability, that will provide a clear starting point For you. This will give you an opportunity to experience working with Boxing Fitness training system topics and ultimately see which of our Boxing Fitness Boot camps courses or single sessions.
