About the Course
Joining the Boxing Fitness 3PW Bootcamp membership, will set you up with a group Boxing Fitness training session three times per week, providing you with a total of 12 group training sessions per month. Your Bootcamp is supported by our Boxing Fitness Training System, that is inclusive of the price and can be completed either at home or in a gym, with or without a punch bag.
What days can I join my 3 per week Boxing Fitness group sessions?
With this 3PW Bootcamp you can join any 'three' of the timetabled Boxing Fitness classes, all's that you will have to ensure is that you book before hand.
Class times are as follows;
Mon: 09:30 - 10:30 | 18:00 - 19:00
Wed: 09:30 - 10:30 | 18:00 - 19:00
Fri: 09:30 - 10:30 | 18:00 - 19:00
Sat: 11:00 - 12:00
What is involved with the online Boxing Fitness Training System?
With this Bootcamp to make progress you need to be training a minimum of once per week, with the optimum being 2 sessions outside of your group sessions, although there you can do more if you wish.
All sessions can be completed with or without a punch bag, although using a punch bag will create a more enjoyable experience, as there is nothing better than punching something right :-)
Your online sessions and action packed, designed to progress you through specific levels and will help you with consistency.
How Do I Pay?
All payments are to be made online, which you can do at the top of the page. All courses are set up to auto renew for a period of 3 months, but you can cancel this at anytime.
