About the Course

New to Boxing Fitness classes? This is your starting point, where you will undergo a total of 5 sessions that are mixed between online and group sessions, specifically designed to get you fully prepared for your Boxing Fitness classes and Bootcamps.
What you get;
SESSION 1: Online Basic Training
You can get started immediately with access to your online basic training. Here you will through basic footwork and punches as well as learn about the different Boxing Fitness equipment we have, providing you with an overview of how to each piece of kit has its own benefits to training.
SESSION 2: Basics Training at Muscle-Fit Gym
With this pack you will have two Basic Training classes. Your first session will begin with a recap of your online basics, so ensure that you have physically taken part in the online training and not just watched it, we will be expecting you to have an understanding and practical experience of the basics before you attend.
You will then progress, onto experiencing a few of the training topics that form part of the Boxing Fitness workout system along with a run through of how classes work, trainer expectations and all the nitty gritty.
SESSION 3, & 4: Online Basic Training sessions
It's time to do your homework! Your next few sessions are designed to get you into a regular training structure and help develop your techniques. Completing your online workouts is essential in ensuring you are up to speed for your final basic training session.
SESSION 5: Final Basic Training session and assessment
Your Final Basic Training session has arrived. During this session you will be fully put through your paces with various boxing fitness drills and tasks, along with a mini assessment to define your level before moving onto your live classes.
Your own kit
To ensure that you don't have to share anyone else's sweat you will need your own Boxing gloves and hand wraps. You can purchase these from us by clicking the link below, or if you have your own already ensure that you bring them along to your sessions.
