Message from Trainer Dan;
Essentially we have to work together as a team, and if you are willing to get on board with the way I do things, literally anything is possible regarding you and your fitness goals.
The most important thing to understand is that you have to be willing to change, be prepared and accept the hard work ahead, and adapt quickly.
You will hear me say this a lot, and that is, ‘it is a head game!!!’ Most people have a mindset that they have created over a period of years, and that is why you are where you are. To be different is going to mean learning to think differently and being committed to live differently.
Most people have had a go at changing for the better, so you can relate to it being relatively easy for the first 2-3 weeks, but when the initial ‘motivation’ runs thin, this is where most people fall off. To really see it through to the other side, it's going to take planning, commitment and consistency, not just to get there, but for that to be your ‘new normal’ and remain there.
Trainer Dan.
