About the Course

Boxing Fitness 4 week Camps are designed work you out, develop your fitness and provide you with definable progress within each 4 week course.


Committed to 3 Sessions Per Week

Unlike a lot of classes where you either go or you don't, we like you to be consistent, which is why you have to purchase a 4 week pass. 


Small Groups of 8

Working in small groups of 8, you will never get lost in a class and always be in your trainers eye. 

Develop techniques faster, non stop coaching support, great team training environment.


Real Boxing Drills 

Utilising punch bags, speed balls, aqua bags Focus Pads, and much more, you will learn how to use these tools with specific training methods and real boxing fitness drills. This is very different from a typical boxfit class. 


Topical Training Days

Each training day has a different training topic that will provide you with a skill, performance and agility learning curve as well setting you targets for your future training sessions.


Online Support Program

There is an optional support training program for each course for those of you who really want to get the most out of your 4 weeks.


Online Performance Tracking.

Your performance per session is scored, meaning you can watch week by week how your fitness and overall ability is improving.
