About the Course

REP-FIT Shoulders & Legs Level 1


This is a 4 week progressive Shoulders & Legs course, that will provide you with online audio coaching through every aspect of your workout.

Out of all of the REP-FIT training days, this is by far the most challenging, but don't let that put you off, as it is always going to fit to your current ability by conducting the weight tests that are part of the program.

Over the next 4 weeks we are going to work hard in improving performance, developing your fitness and undertaking a workout that is designed to bring out your best.

Rep-Fit workouts create a workout intensity that is hard to match and is designed to keep you on the move, making your workout time ultra productive, effective and effecient.


Exercise Summary Of This Workout;


Standing Military Shoulder Press (aka Axle Press)

You will be working with your audio coach to perform this great compound exercise that hits the shoulders in a very effective way. The Standing Military Shoulder Press is an effective exercise at the best of times, but the way this is set up with your audio coach routine will take your shoulder workouts to a whole new place.


Back Squats

You may have done back squats before, but you will not have done them in the way that this workout is performed. Working with your audio coach you will be provided with the perfect pace for bring the absolute best out of your leg workout.


Single Arm Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Compund exercise, isolating each side of the body, here you are going to be working on developing your stength while keeping som excellent form and shape.

The Single Arm Dumbbell Press is a great exericise for elevating weight.


Barbell Front Squats

A great exercise for developing your legs and glutes, and with this workout I want you practising your depth through the squat.


Barbell Squat Thrusters

Combining the legs and the shoulders the Barbell Squat Thruster is one serious exercise that will elevate the heartrate and really put our target muscle groups under pressure.

Your audio coach routine has this backed up with a very freindly support exercise that you can thank me later for.


Performance Testing & Challenges

Every session will involve a weight performance test that allows you to find the weights you are going to need for the workout as well as helping monitor your progress as you go through the weeks.

Within the 4 week course you also have different challenges to perform, which when working alongside your audio coach creates a real fresh perspective to your training.
