REP-FIT Chest & Back Level 1

REP-FIT Chest & Back Workout Level 1
This is a 4 week progressive chest & back course, that will provide you with online audio coaching through every aspect of your workout.
Rep-Fit workouts create a workout intensity that is hard to match and is designed to keep you on the move, making your workout time ultra productive, effective and effecient.
How The Audio Coach Works
My online programs are created for you to be coached using the Audio Coach. This creates for you a real time trainer supporting you through every aspect of your workout.

The exercises used in this workout are;
Bench Press 1
Perfectly paced for developing muscle torque, hypertrophy and quality performance, you will engage in a bench press workouts that stimulate the muscle area perfectly.

Bent Over Dumbbell Rows
Working with the audio coach, you will be set up into your core positiioning, to then you go through sets of work that bring out the best of your back, while keeping your training intensity high. The way this workout is constructed will keep you on the move and really test you.

Bench Press 2
You get a second hit on the bench press, except this time your pacing will be different and your sets aimed towards strength development. This is a less intensive section of your training, but one where you get chance to increase the weight load.

Single Arm Dumbbell Rows
Moving into Single Arm Dumbbell Rows, the attention again runs into strength development. However, you will be set up in a strict core positioning, which if it is your first time doing this, you may have to train lighter to begin with. This s is not a bad thing, as the core positiioning engages more of the back, while at the same time hitting in on the core.

Wide Position Push Ups
You have a push up section that is set to develop your push up ability on a weekly basis. Working with the audio coach, you have an epic push up workout that will really test you, but at the same time develop you. Alternative variations of the push are availible if you fail through the workout, which means you can just switch to the alternative and build your way up through each workout.

Performance Testing & Challenges
Every session you will go through a weights and performance test. This ensures that you are using the optimal weights for each exercise, as well as enabling you to accurately monitor your progress.
You are also given a progressive directives and challenges each week on specific sections of the workout. This helps to push you further and point you in the right direction as where your performance output should be heading.
