About the Course
REP-FIT Biceps & Triceps Level 1
This is a 4 week progressive Biceps & Triceps course, that will hit your arms with a very effective REP-FIT format. This workout provides you with online audio coaching through each exercise and will combine various support exercises that will add an extra dimension to your 4 week workouts.

Rep-Fit workouts create a workout intensity that is hard to match and is designed to keep you on the move, making your workout time ultra productive, effective and effecient.
How Audio Coaching Works: Play Video
Some of The Exercises in this workout over the next 4 weeks are;
Close Grip Bench Press
A number one compound exercise for targeting the Triceps for strength and hypertrophy, this audio coach workout will really help you hit the right pace for muscular development.

EZ Bar Curls
Learn how to activate your biceps in a whole new way as this audio coach routine will help you isolate the short head of the biceps providing you with coaching through each rep.

Dumbbell Over Head Extension
Focusing on full range of movement and reps set for mid strength, you will go through various sets and then challenges with the Overhead Extension.

Alternate Arm Dumbbell Curls
It is all about the technique and you are going to learn and work hard to supinate through this range of movment, with reps tageted for mid-strength ranges.

Reverse Dips (Bench Dips)
This progressive audio coach routine will have your functional tricep ability transformed over the next 4 weeks. Focusing on performance paces, you will never have had a tricep finisher quite like this.

Dumbbell Curl Complex
Working with the audio coach you get to hit the biceps hard with this ROM complex. It's the final stage of the arm day and it will help you finish your biceps in style.

Performance Tests & Challenges
Each session will have you finding the ideal weight for your training session by conducting the training weight tests. This allows you to work effectively with the audio coach as well as monitor your improvements.
Over the 4 week period you will have various challenges to accomplish, which are set for you in your program hub.
