This is a 4 week Level 1 Chest Day online training course, that provides you with a full structured audio coached workout routine for every chest session. The level 1 Chest Day is a structured workout that has weekly training progressions and allows you to train using our unique rep pace system. The level 1 course is aimed towards beginners and intermediate and focuses on 3 compound exercises which are; The Flat Bench Press The Incline Bench Press The Decline Bench Press. The aim is to develop your strength and conditioning, with a strong hypertrophy based training strategy. The level 1 course focuses on compound movements to help you establish basics using good form and rep pacing, which will then create a solid foundation for you then progressing on to more advanced workouts.
