Training 3 Times Per Week this full body Muscle Conditioning program is designed to prepare the body for more intensive weight training workouts and is great people that have been out of training for 12 months or more. It will re-familiarise yourself with each piece of equipment, providing you with coached workouts each time you train. Begin to re-develop muscle memory for each exercise Begin to re-prepare muscle tissue for more extensive work in the coming weeks Prepare Tendons & Joints for more extensive work and go towards avoiding injury. Help you to re-establish 'consistency,' re-engraving better habits and clear the way for your training progression.
