4 WEEK ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM

This is the gym edition Muscle Conditioning & Cardio Online Training Program that provides you with a fully coached workouts each time you train. This program is designed to be performed 3 times per week.

MUSCLE CONDITIONING ONLINE PROGRAM

4 WEEK ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM

This is the gym edition Muscle Conditioning Online Training Program. This program focuses on weights only and contains no cardio vascular work.

This is a fully coached workout system providing you with real time coaching through each workout. This program is designed to be performed 3 times per week.

Average Workout Duration: 45 Mins

4 WEEK ONLINE TRAINING COURSE

This course can be used with or without a punch bag, can be used by complete Boxing Fitness Beginners and has the sole mission of 'Getting You Back To Fitness'

This is a fully coached workout system providing you with real time coaching through each workout. Providing you with a little bit of something to do each day this program is designed to be performed 5 times per week.

Average Workout Duration: 30 Mins
