Your one to one sessions are action packed, full of a mix of Boxing Fitness and exercises related to your training needs. There are a selection of one to one training duration's with the most popular being 45 minutes.

Your one to one sessions are designed to develop you alongside your online Bootcamp, ensuring that you can move quickly with the level by level training system in definable stages. This is designed to work with both your fitness and your skill levels. 

YOUR 8 WEEK BOOTCAMP

Bootcamps build you from the ground up, teaching skills and developing your understanding of Boxing Fitness in a way that is fun to learn and keeps you coming back for more. 

Each week brings you set goals that provide you with a purpose and intention for training with your progress being able to be evaluated through your one to one training sessions.

 Your trial session will run for 60 minutes, where you will go through a quick Boxing Fitness ability assessment, a Boxing fitness workout and then a trial of a Boxing Fitness online workout.

Here is a look at just some of the workout topics you will go through when working with your Boxing Fitness workout system, combining one to one and hybrid online training programs.

BASICS TRAINING FRILLS FOR WHITE.png

Basics is a fundamental part of your early levels with your online routines designed to help you develop good technique, produce a grounded level of functional strength & fitness and provides you a learning curve that will keep you eager to jump back into your workout for practice. 

Rhythm Training is an exclusive Boxing Fitness concept and helps to breakdown complex movements in a way that will accelerate your coordination, proprioception, punch timing, combination vocabulary and much more. Presented in a workout format, you will go through the levels to increase your boxing Fitness skills, movement, speed and reflexes.

Without footwork you are pretty much a statue throwing fists and with Boxing Fitness we don't do static. The Boxing Fitness footwork drills are designed to provide you with that ability to move and react quickly, where you will need these skills tuned up for the workouts involved in the later levels.

This is a feature you will grow to love. Maybe not at first, but you will definitely love the improvements that you will make. These are short sharp explosive sections of your training, that will dramatically go towards developing your fitness as well as your punch performance.
